Bug or Bad Luck

Here is my story,

Sunday: i think it was a good idea to make a mnd jewel set for my lvl 64 Radiant. I start to reinforce the lvl 60 "white jewels" with compounded mnd xeons. I reinfor to 3/6 every piece with no much problem. Pluss i reinforce a lamenting cry set 2/3 for a guild mate with compounded hp xeons. Then i make a break for lunch.
When i come back i start to reinforce again. But omg! i got 3 pieces from the jewel set with 3/5 (-1) and 2 pieces from the lamenting cry with 2/2(-1). Then i decide to not continue beacause i was failing all.

Monday: i decide to continue to reinforce the jewels and this was how those end: 4 pieces with 4/4(-2) and 4 pieces with 3/3(-3).

Tuesday: i think it was a good idea to reinforce a lvl 35 2h axe for my little warrior. But, omg, i got 1/1(-2).

Sad week, very sad for reinforce.
