Skills on equipment..

Ok we can all see/know that some skills will come from your equipment in S2, just wondering if we are going to get a preview of the skills on equipment before the S2 patch comes out?
what lvl do you start getting equipment with skills on it? what are some of the skills? will the "equipment skills" be good/useful? will the skill equipped armor be better then the armor we all ready have.. ect ect...

I just see no place on the news page for/about it, except the 3ed tab on skill trees 'equipment". and no one seems to be saying anything about it on the forums that I have read anyway..lol..
