Requiem: Memento Mori and Dark Horse Comics are proud to present The Best of Dark Horse Horror Contest! 
Register a Requiem account and enter your username and email address below to be entered to win some amazing prizes courtesy of Dark Horse Comics.
The contest will begin on October 15th and conclude with the winners being drawn on November 2nd.

Official Rules:
• Please read these rules and guidelines carefully! Entries that do not follow these rules exactly will be disqualified.
• This contest is open to all active Requiem Users age 17+! If you don’t have a Requiem account "Register Here!" We will not disqualify anyone based on location.
• You must fill out the entry form completely. Incomplete entries will be tossed out.
• You may enter only once per account and e mail address. We highly recommend that you choose your main account and e mail address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• All submissions must be your own. You can't submit other peoples' names, or e mail addresses.
• The promotion begins on (October 15th) and will conclude on (November 2nd) at noon PST.
• Entries will be presented to Gravity Staff for a random drawing at noon PST on the final day of the promotion.
• The winning entries will be contacted via e mail and asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and provide the mailing address for their prize.
• Gravity is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes sent through the mail.
• If winner does not reply to Gravity’s email request within 30 days of the contest they forfeit the right to their prizes.
